Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice for any cancellations/reschedules. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Day of cancellations are considered no show.
Clients more than 15 minutes late are subject to be rescheduled with a 50% fee.
